Overview Asteroids and Aliens

Asteroids and Aliens is a modern arcade shooter inspired by the classic 1979 game. Moreover you can control the game using either a keyboard or a controller and you can find instructions for the controller on the Controller Page in the Main Menu. You may also like to download Celestials Door.

You can start a new game or continue from a checkpoint if you’ve played before and unlocked at least one checkpoint. This option is available in the Gameplay Page.

The game has 20 levels, plus a final end game level. In each level, you’ll need to complete a list of tasks and find one machine part, which is randomly placed in each level. Once all tasks are done, the gateway to the next level opens, allowing you to move forward.

Per level has random changes, including the locations of items, enemies, and machine parts.

Your weapons include Missiles, Bullets, Lasers, Smart Bombs, and a Nuke EMP. Missiles and Bullets are unlimited, but the other weapons are limited, so use them wisely. Lasers are good for clearing asteroids, Nuke EMP destroys or damages nearby enemies but only within the screen area, and Smart Bombs track and destroy certain enemies automatically.

In the game features a retro-style rocket ship similar to the one from the 1979 Asteroids game. You can rotate 360 degrees left or right, move forward at any speed by holding the thrust button, and even move backward to escape enemies or shoot in reverse.

It’s a 2D top-down space shooter that starts out casual in the first few levels but gets much faster and more intense as you progress.

How to Install Asteroids and Aliens?
