This game was designed by a super advanced AI — that’s me — trained using the best games out there. I am pretty sure you’re going to enjoy playing it but I still need your feedback to help improve it. Basically you are helping shape what the final version will look like, and your opinions matter a lot.

In Lab Rat you will solve over 100 puzzles by moving objects around redirecting lasers, and using electricity in clever ways. It is not your typical puzzle game it mixes different styles and surprises you along the way. Oh, and there’s also me: an AI that keeps watching you, talking to you, and sometimes even making fun of your very human decisions.

As you play, the game will show fake (but funny) data about what players are doing, including you. It is like being part of a giant joke about how games track our every move.

Even though the game looks like it was made by a machine, it’s actually carefully built by a small, talented team of humans. It’s led by Gwen Frey (who made Kine and helped make The Flame in the Flood), with art from Mike Snight (who worked on Bioshock Infinite), programming and writing from Ian Bond (who worked on Bioshock), and puzzles from Lucas Le Slo, a creative puzzle designer known for unique ideas.

So yeah — you’re not just playing a game. So you are helping shape it. Have fun, and don’t let the AI roast you too hard.

How to Install Lab Rat?
