Igra “Predsjednik” je popularna kartaška igra koja se često igra u Hrvatskoj i drugim zemljama Balkana. Iako ima različite varijacije i pravila, osnovni cilj igre je postati predsjednik stola ili pokušati izbjeći da postanete “skvadra” ili “seljak”. Igra se obično s klasičnim špilom od 52 karte.
Igrači sjede za stolom i igraju se u smjeru kazaljke na satu. Svaka karta ima svoju vrijednost, a igrači pokušavaju skupiti što manje bodova tijekom igre. Karte se obično boduju na sljedeći način: as ima 11 bodova, 10 ima 10 bodova, kralj 4, dama 3, a vale 2 boda. Ostale karte nemaju bodovnu vrijednost.
Igra započinje tako da se špil karata dobro promiješa i podijeli svim igračima. Nakon toga, igrač koji ima najmanju kartu (obično dvojku) postaje predsjednik za prvu rundu. Drugi igrač slijedi kao potpredsjednik, treći je potpredsjednikov “sluga”, a četvrti igrač je “seljak” ili “skvadra”. U nekim varijacijama igre, broj igrača može varirati.
Predsjednik počinje prvu rundu igre bacajući kartu po sredini stola. Ostali igrači redom dodaju karte, a igrač koji baci najjaču kartu uzima sve karte sa stola i počinje sljedeći krug. Važno je napomenuti da su asovi uvijek najjači i mogu pobijediti bilo koju drugu kartu. Tijekom igre, igrači pokušavaju osvojiti što više karata i izbjegavati uzimanje karata s najvećim bodovima.
Na kraju runde, igrači računaju bodove i dodjeljuju ih prema pravilima igre. Predsjednik i potpredsjednik obično dobivaju najmanje bodova, dok seljak i sluga dobivaju više. Nakon završetka runde, uloge se mijenjaju, tako da seljak postaje predsjednik u sljedećoj rundi.
Igra “Predsjednik” može biti izuzetno zabavna i dinamična, a tijekom igre razvijaju se strategije za pobjedu i izbjegavanje visokih bodova. Igra također promiče socijalnu interakciju i komunikaciju među igračima, što je čini popularnom među društvima i obiteljima.
