Do No Harm is a doctor simulator with a creepy Lovecraftian twist. So you play as a village doctor, diagnosing and treating patients using old and mysterious medical methods. As you play you’ll encounter nightmarish creatures that mess with your mind, causing hallucinations making it harder to interact with things, and even tricking you about whether your treatments are working. Strange things start happening during your daily work, and these “anomalies” will slowly impact your sanity. In the story involves a battle between powerful cosmic beings, Azathoth and Cthulhu who are fighting over control of the village and possibly the world.

In the game, you diagnose patients based on their symptoms use tools to figure out the right treatments, and inject them with medicine. You’ll also use a special Book of Medicine, which is like a guide full of strange and ancient knowledge. In the game lets you experiment with early medicine remedies and hope they work though sometimes they don’t and you’ll have to deal with the consequences.

The game has a rich story and multiple endings. How the villagers treat you depends on your reputation, and every choice you make—whether it’s diagnosing, treating, or deciding morally—will impact the final outcome. There are 12 different endings to discover. Your goal is to survive for 30 days, treating the sick while dealing with an increasingly hostile environment. Will you save the villagers, lose your mind, or uncover the truth behind the horrors?
